About The Sauvage's

​My name is Jeff Sauvage and I own and operate our pheasant business. I have a wife, Cherie, and two daughters, Kalla and Terra (Marshall), who also work hard to keep our farm running. We raise cattle, farm several acres of crop land, and hunt pheasants. I have been farming all of my life and have been running the pheasant hunting business since 1994.

Hunting

Start shooting each morning at 10:00AM.

We have hunting dogs and guides for each group who books. However, if you have hunting dogs of your own, you are welcome to bring them along. All dogs must be kenneled while inside the lodge(s).

Lodging

​We have 3 hunting lodges. 1 is out at the farm and can sleep 7 comfortably. It has a full-sized kitchen and family area. The second lodge is located in town and sleeps 12 comfortably. It does not include a kitchen, but does have a small kitchenette area for morning coffee. The third lodge is at our main lodge. It sleeps 10 comfortably, bunk-house style.

Rates

​$300/day per gun.

Located

​We are in the heart of South Dakota in small town Stickney. Conveniently located along US Hwy 281.  We are 30 minutes from Mitchell and 90 minutes from Sioux Falls Regional Airport (FSD).
